1. Overview
At ParloursBooking, we are committed to protecting your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account and all related data at any time.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data using either of the following options:
- In-App Request: Open the ParloursBooking app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account, and confirm your deletion request.
- Email Request: Send an email to support@parloursbooking.com with the subject line "Delete My Account," including your registered phone number for verification.
Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted, and all data will be permanently removed from our servers immediately after successful verification.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User profile (name, contact info)
- Booking history
- Saved preferences and account settings
- Service provider data (if applicable)
Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as transaction records required for tax compliance. This retained data will be anonymized and will not be linked to your deleted account.
4. Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use ParloursBooking again in the future, you will need to register as a new user.
